Effectively lighting a space with wall lights requires a good deal of forethought. If you are considering having bedroom wall lights it's better if these can be switched on and off at the door as well as by the bed. Alternatively if a room has just been decorated the Tolomeo, Bestlite or Hector PSC wall light  can be fixed to the wall and plugged in without making any mess.

For places with a lot of foot traffic, whether it's for a dining room, living room, bathroom or hallway, a wall light is a very useful solution.  Wall lighting fittings can be small - illuminating a dark cramped space - such as the Tilee, or can be used to illuminate a larger area such as the Mesmeri or Surf by Artemide. The wall light is a great alternative to desk or floor lamps and is also a great space saver.
