Well August bank holiday is just around the corner. So although it is an end to light traffic to and from work while everyone is on holiday, it is also the beginning of the retailer's busy season. We have our sleeves well and truly rolled up and have very good vibes about the months ahead.

Products that have stood the test of time
We have just had a customer who has had an Anglepoise desk lamp for the past 40 years and has just bought a new Anglepoise 1227 for his son. His own lamp was also a present from his father when he was still at school. A simple tale but in the midst of a hectic day it caused me to stop for a moment and wonder if a similar scenario would take place for the next generation and so on.
